Refund Policy

At Goshen E-Learning Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality English education. We understand that circumstances may change, which is why we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if one (1) live class or less has been attended.

✅ Example:
✓ Enrolled 3 days ago, attended 0 or 1 class → Eligible
✗ Enrolled 10 days ago or attended 2+ classes → Not eligible

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if:

More than 7 days have passed since purchase.

More than 1 live class has been attended.

Student fails to attend scheduled classes (no-shows).

Student violates Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.

Discounted / special promotion classes unless otherwise stated.

3. Class Rescheduling Instead of Refund

If you cannot continue for personal reasons, we may offer:

Class rescheduling

Course transfer

Credit to use for future classes

(Subject to approval.)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your full name, course name, and reason for refund.

3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

 

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Institute Cancellations

If Goshen E-Learning Institute cancels a course or class, you will receive:

A full refund OR

Option to transfer to another class

6. Digital Course Materials

Digital course materials, downloadable content, and self-paced lessons that have been accessed are non-refundable.

7. Special Cases

We understand that emergencies can happen. Refunds in exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation) may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid proof.
